Real MedCare’s trained and professional staff offers acute care for patients to receive active but short-term treatment for a severe injury or episode of illness, an urgent medical condition, or during recovery from surgery.
We provide physical examinations, regularly scheduled visits, prescription refills, diagnostic tests, and complete patient care services.
We also offer primary care services to home-bound adults who are not able to access regular medical care.
Our team will ease you back to health by taking care of you right at home.
